Welcome to LuckyLion Event Tickets ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our event ticketing and pre-bidding auction platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

Our Platform provides event ticket software designed for hosted events including dinners, auctions, charity events, raffles, and other location-based events. The Platform provides tools to verify participation and enhance your participation in these events.

2. Platform Purpose

This Platform is designed to facilitate event ticketing and pre-bidding systems for physical, location-based events. The Platform serves the following purposes:

• Provides ticket verification and access control for hosted events
• Enables prebidding/seeding systems leading up to actual events
• Offers event day tools to quickly run auctions and confirm bids
• Allows hosts to accommodate a specific number of participants
• Provides access to activities and information before events
• Enhances participation in physical events through digital tools

3. Prohibited Uses

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Platform, and may subject you to legal action.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Event Tickets and Purchases

Tickets verify participation and provide access to event activities. Your ticket acts like a personal remote control, giving you access to prebidding and event information.

5.1 Ticket Purchase

• Tickets are sold through our Platform using Stripe payment processing
• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in the refund policy
• Ticket prices are set by event organizers and may vary by event
• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid payment methods

5.2 Ticket Accountability

The ticket system ensures accountability for event participation. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to:

• Attend the event for which you purchased a ticket
• Honor any bids placed during the pre-bidding period
• Comply with event rules and regulations
• Accept that event organizers may remove participants who violate terms

6. Pre-Bidding System and Auction Rules

Our Platform enables a pre-bidding system where participants can place bids on auction items before the physical event. Important rules:

6.1 Pre-Bidding Process

• Pre-bids are non-binding indicators of interest until confirmed at the event
• You must be present at the event to confirm your bids
• Event organizers will verify your attendance and confirm your bids
• If you fail to attend, your bids may be invalidated and the auction rerun

6.2 Anonymous Bidding

To protect participant privacy, the Platform uses an anonymous bidding system:

• Other participants cannot see your identity or personal information
• You can only see your own bid status and winning bid information
• Event organizers have access to bidder information for verification purposes

6.3 Event Day Workflow

Once the event starts, organizers can quickly run through the auction confirming each person was present to confirm their placed online bid. If participants fail to show, the organizer can simply rerun the auction locally at the event.

7. Payment Processing

Ticket purchases and payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize charges for tickets and any applicable fees
• Accept that payment processing is handled by Stripe, not directly by us

Event organizers who use Stripe Connect are responsible for their own payment processing and must comply with Stripe's terms, including our Terms of Service that prohibit bidding fee auctions.

8. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Refund Policy

Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. Generally:

• Ticket sales are typically final unless otherwise stated
• Event organizers may offer refunds at their discretion
• Refund requests should be directed to the event organizer
• We may process refunds on behalf of organizers but are not obligated to do so

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
